I finally got my books today! I have not had time to look them up properly yet, but everything is getting ready for a disconected sewing weekend: inspiration and patterns are served, my new fabrics are already washed and hanging in the washing line now (hope it won't rain...).
I got some Ikea fabrics, first of all because they have a great design and secondly because they are inexpensive and I would feel miserable if I ruined a more expensive one experimenting with my poor sewing skills.
Eddie Vedder and "Into the Wild" soundtrack will accompany me. If you have not seen this great film or listened its great soundtrack I strongly recomend it.
¡Mis libros han llegado hoy! No he tenido mucho tiempo para ojearlos bien, pero todo empieza a tomar forma para un fin de semana tranquilo de costura: la inspiración y los patrones están servidos, mis telas nuevas están lavadas y secándose (esperemos que no llueva...)
Me hice con unas telas de Ikea, tienen unos diseños muy chulos y no son caras. Me sentiría mal si echara a perder unas más caras experimentando con mis escasos conocimientos de costura.
Eddie Vedder y la banda sonora de la película "Hacía rutas salvajes" me acompañarán. Si no habéis visto esta película ni escuchado su banda sonora, os lo recomiendo firmemente.

Yes, it's a Sean Penn's film, the English title is "Into the Wild". Let me know what you think about it when you see it.
